Episode 10: Stardust Yoga

Namaste! For Episode 10 of Spotlight Goodlettsville, Jesse joins co-owners Raelyn and Daisy at Stardust Yoga. Stardust Yoga hosts a variety of yoga classes every week for all experience levels and abilities – including a Rise N' Shine Flow, Warrior Weekend Flow, Sound Bath + Yin Yoga, Rise N' Restore, and many more! As passionate community partners, their goal is to have as many people as possible try yoga. Raelyn (the granddaughter of icon Willie Nelson) and Daisy also own the neighboring boutique, The Gem, open for pop-up events filled with a collection of unique items to explore.
